For the two days of Pride weekend, San Francisco shows its true colors. What if we could let those colors fly for the other 363 days of the year?
Together with Equality California, we launched a San Francisco initiative, Ride With Pride, to permanently redesign the city’s Muni Metro map to reflect the iconic rainbow flag.
By simply rearranging a few of the colors in the current map, we’ll create an everlasting tribute to the legacy of the LGBTQ community in San Francisco.
In addition to the online film piece, a range of giveaway items were designed and shared with Bay Area Instagram influencers and local businesses in custom boxes to build a groundswell for the Ride With Pride initiative.
Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts also encouraged users to sign the petition year-round.
