My husband and I had an intimate, yet formal wedding in Tahoe full of personal details. When it came time to select our wedding invitations I wanted them to reflect the wedding to come, so I decided to go DIY route and create something one of kind.
I played with a soft palette of blush, white and gray. Classical typefaces were paired with watercolor floral illustrations that framed the main invitation and created the pattern on the reverse side. The wedding invitation suite was printed on heavy lettra paper, contained in blush envelopes with a custom wax seal and mailed in sturdy box mailers with coordinating stamps to create a luxurious feel.
